I started with a stagnant career in a job that felt like a cage. It was soul-crushing, filled with monotony and a sense of unfulfilment.

I faced fears of failure, uncertainty about my next steps, and the pressure of societal expectations. There were moments when doubt crept in, making me question my ability to soar. I decided to leave my 11 years of career but again I feared about no financial security just like how a Job would give me or has been giving me till date. I had no clarity about what I am suppose to do with my life and with my sonโs future though somewhere I had a deep conviction that I havenโt unlocked my true potential yet.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ง๐๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐:
The game changed when I embraced the concept of growth mindset. It was a moment of clarity and realization that my potential was limitless if I dared to take risks. I left my job, though it gave me financial security but not the satisfaction which I deserved always. I was good at imparting trainings however management never gave me an official opportunity or platform to demonstrate the same . I chose to create my own.

Armed with newfound confidence and a willingness to learn, I started seeking opportunities beyond my comfort zone. The results? I landed a role that challenges me daily and provides incredible growth. I upskilled myself with immense learning on my niche and started my own venture , imparted 2000+ mentorships online and offline with my knowledge and expertise. In a nutshell , I am devoting my services towards the masses who are lifelong learners and are curious to remain relevant in many generations to come with their vibrant persona enriched with Confidence and Soft Skills Savvyness.
The Lessons:
1. Embrace discomfort as part of growth.
2. Surround yourself with inspiring and supportive people.
3. Never underestimate the power of persistence.
4. Never miss a chance to unlock your potential to the fullest
